Welcome to Maldon Camera Club
We are a small, friendly, club whose main aim is to help
members
increase their enjoyment of photography.
We welcome all photographers, whatever their level of expertise.
Beginners are always welcome, as we believe that membership of a club
like ours is one of the best ways of gaining experience. We also run a
separate beginner's group if required.
The club supports monochrome
& colour prints and digital image projection.
We have a varied programme
which runs from mid-September
to mid-May.
We meet four times a month, over this period, at the Friends Meeting
House in Butt Lane, Maldon.
Meetings are on a Thursday, start at 7.30 pm and finish about
10.00pm.
It does not matter what kind of camera you have and modern
smart phones also produce very good images.
We hold our own internal competitions and also participate in
competitions with other clubs in the area.
We are affiliated to the East Anglia Federation of Photographic
Societies (EAF)
and
through them to the Photographic Alliance of Great
Britain (PAGB).
