How much does it cost to join?
Membership for the 2024-2025 season is £90. This covers the entrance to all of the 34 meetings and refreshments.
Payment can be made in two parts if required.
There may a separate charge for some specific additional activities.

Is there an age limit?
The only restriction is that as the club meets in the evenings members should be over 16 years old.

People are welcome to attend two meetings for free.

Yes. Membership subscription would then be charged on a pro-rata basis.

Do I need a sophisticated camera?
Good photographs can be taken with virtually any modern camera or smart phone.
If you later decide to upgrade your equipment you will find plenty of members willing to give advice.

Cameras are not required for competition evenings or talks but there will be practical evenings where a camera would be useful.

There is no requirement to enter the club competitions and some members chose not to, preferring to enjoy other members images.
